This book is ok. Gives a good idea of how much liquid you need and how long to cook for, but the nutritional information after each record completely wrong and a few recipes mention things like parmasean cheese and bone broth, which aren’t vegan.
There were several recipes that I make over and over from this book. They were that good. I am trying to get to the other recipes. In general this is a very good book for any vegan.
I rated this book excellent. There are vivid pictures and each recipe is described well. I often cook using my instant pot and therefore I am happy to have good vegan recipes.
This book providing some important recipes for vegan instant pot cooking. Enjoying those recipes. Loving stuff. Great informative book. Recommended.
Just got the book today. Skimmed through it. Recipes look easy. I did notice at least 2 or 3 recipes called for cheese and milk. Not vegan. But, all in all , I can’t wait to make some of these recipes. And there are pictures, Whic is definitely a plus.
As a beginner, I felt it gave me enough information to get started. I intend to get her cookbook for more recipies
